Isaac Shweky
Founder & President
Isaac began his career 23 years ago with a mere $6,000 loan from his parents to start R&S Liquidation. Still in business today, R&S is where he learned first-hand what it takes to have effecitve and profitable reverse logistics. He started Reverse Solutions in 2001 on a shoe-string budget and with only 3 employees. Today, Reverse Solutions is a mutli-million dollar company with more than 30 employees and proprietary technology that distinguishes it from other companies in the reverse logistics sector.
In addition to spending time with his family, including coaching his son's soccer team, Isaac enjoys collecting antiques, fine art and memorabilia. He is an avid collector of old cars - the current restoration project is his 1931 Hudson. The newest addition to his collection is a 1946 Ford Coup.
Annually Isaac & his Reverse Solutions employees donate time and money to actively participate in Dream Ride, a national fundraising effort for the Special Olympics.
Bill Carroll
Vice President
Bill is an industry veteran that has held management positions at retail, a major CPG company and at all levels in the reverse logistics industry.
His background enables him to understand the issues of clients and be able to develop strategies and solutions to issues and create efficiencies within the reverse logistics segment of the client’s supply chain.
Joe Pucci
Vice President, Information Technology
With over 20 years of experience, Joe brings a consultative approach to his role as Vice President of Information Technology. In fact, his previous gig was in his own consulting firm. Joe oversees all development and implementation of the platforms and technology that makes Reverse Solutions the tech leader in reverse logistics.
Joe studied mechanical engineering at the University of Massachusetts and enjoys spending his time in extreme sports like competitive water-skiing and endurance auto racing.
Kevin Pelletier
Director - Reverse Recycling
The custom solutions offered by the Reverse Recycling team keep Kevin on his toes - and that's just the way he likes it. As Director of Reverse Recycling, he uses an "out of the box" approach to create sustainable solutions focused on being both environmentally responsible and profitable.
When he's not figuring out how to turn dry goods into cow feed and all the other creative ways to create sustainablility, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife and their adorable daughters.
